General Purpose of Position:
Processing of documents: 40%
• Delivery documents on time and accurately.
• Loading document on time and accurately.
Interface with key stakeholders: 20%
• Maintains relationships with all stakeholders – both internal and external.
Compliance with Puma Policies and Procedures: 15%
• Ensure all road tankers intending to load at a terminal / depot must have a valid Safe Loading Passes (SLP)
• Oversee implementation of policies relating to transport at remote sites.
Bulk vehicle operator engagements/ Transporter representative: 5%
• Facilitates communication between the Customer Service Centre(CSC) and the transporter/transporter representative based on the site
• Ensures that documentation is all completed accurately and submitted to the CSC as required
Transport secondary delivery KPIs: 20%
• Compiles all the relevant information/data required for fleet/deliveries/volume – for that particular distribution point.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and document management
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly records keeping.
- Transaction of product to customers and depot are accurately processed.
Accountability
- Coordinate the entire operation of the transportation within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations governing the Industry thus ensuring high customer service levels with the aim of contributing to Puma Energy’s profitability and strategic supply positioning.
- At times report-consolidated results of the transportation and any exceptions thereto monthly together with the corrective actions plans to ensure accurate reporting of the transport’s activities and results and recommend areas of improvement.
- KPI’s – expenditure, audit reports (safety, quality, environment and admin), HSEQ stats, transport KPI, stock loss reports.
