Job Title: Sheet Metal Instructor (Fixed-Term Contract)
Job Level: Operational
Reporting To: Training Manager
Job Specification
The Instructor must be highly knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess strong technical aptitude. The incumbent will be responsible for guiding students, monitoring their progress, and contributing to the overall development of the training programme.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Plumbing
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in craftsmanship
Knowledge and Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
• Implement technical training programmes in line with TVD and LOIC requirements
• Develop course content aligned with LOIC and TVD objectives
• Ensure availability of tools and equipment for smooth lesson delivery
• Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled
• Monitor and evaluate training programme outcomes
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Instructor or LOIC Management
