About the Position
Busy Bees International High School invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic teachers to join its teaching team. The school seeks educators who are passionate about their subjects, committed to academic excellence, and dedicated to the intellectual, social, and personal development of learners.
Successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of teaching and assessment, and contribute actively to the school’s extracurricular programmes. Experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum, particularly Cambridge IGCSE, will be an advantage.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have at least five (5) years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school and with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Hold at least a Bachelor of Education degree (BEd) or an equivalent qualification. A BScEd or related qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrate a proven record of organising or participating in extracurricular activities.
- Provide a reference from a relevant sports association or federation, where applicable. This will be an added advantage.
- Be hardworking, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
- Be registered with the Teaching Service in Lesotho, as required by the country’s education regulations.
