MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after provision of a service.
• Site visit to be on Wednesday 12th February 2025 at 11:00am (IEC Warehouse next to Wasco).
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Thursday 13th February 2025 at 16:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Service of waterproofing warehouse building’’.
