Description
Role Purpose
The incumbent will oversee the Technology Planning, Budgeting, Delivery, and Maintenance of the Enterprise Services provided to Vodacom Lesotho Enterprise Business Customers.
Key Deliverables
Provide guidance to direct and indirect reports within Technology
Effectively Manage roll-out of the Technology portion of the VCL Enterprise Strategy
Provide Technology Inputs into the VCL Enterprise Strategy
Ensure that services provided to customers are provided within Customer Expectations and service Level Agreements
Oversee the preparation of all required Customer-Facing reports and deliver presentation of the same, where required
Competencies
Strong Leadership skills and Management Experience
Strong demonstrable competence in Project Management and Service Delivery
Acute Stakeholder and Vendor management capabilities
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or any relevant Tertiary qualification
Post-Graduate Qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 10 years work experience with at least 5 being at a management level
