Jo’burg Child Welfare seeks to appoint Senior Training Coordinator to be based in head Gauteng.
The job incumbent is responsible to facilitate various quality and professional market related full/short accredited & non-accredited training courses across a broad spectrum.
The job incumbent will also be responsible for Community outreach and education, liaising with other stake holders on matters relating to child protection and other aspects
Requirements:
Social work Qualification
Registered with SACSSP
Material Design and Development would be an advantage.
3-5 years’ social work experience.
1-3 years’ training experience and/or social work supervision.
Knowledge of current training trends, SAQA (South African Qualification Authority)
Networking skills.
Strong administrative skills.
Excellent presentation, facilitation and training skills
Time management skills.
Creative skills.
Intermediate literacy in MS Office Package.
Marketing skills.
Financial knowledge
