Reporting to the Business Operations Director, The Organisational Learning and Development Lead will be responsible for delivering the L&D strategy and driving a learning organisational culture across all areas of our business


Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute an L & D strategy that will accelerate the future capabilities that our business requires, in line with our SOF commitments
  • Design innovative learning solutions that are fit for purpose for our organisation
  • Develop tools to measure the ROI for all learning initiatives
  • Drive engaging communication campaigns about program information to encourage participation and focused on the value and benefits of learning
  • Design a change management toolkit and lead key change initiatives that are drive Organisational Effectiveness
  • Drive cross-functional and agile way of working in a way that accelerates growth for our employees and the business


Skills


Organisational Learning and Development Strategies

  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and capability gap analyses and identify required current and future capabilities that need to be included in the learning intervention
  • Ability to set a vision and evolve learning strategies to align with business priorities.
  • Build credibility and trust with the business and understand their needs to make appropriate learning assumptions and solutions.
  • Experience in managing resources including budget, external suppliers and vendors


Content Development

  • Experience in developing and designing learning content that is targeted at addressing critical business needs


Learning Execution and Evaluation

  • Ability to identify, analyse and report information regarding the impact of learning solutions


Change Management

  • Demonstrates deep expertise in change management methodologies and processes


Drive Organisation Effectiveness

  • Drive & implement global/ regional & local initiatives to strengthen business performance. and long-term organisational effectiveness – SOF, FOF, Agile, Design Thinking.
  • Bring best practice and thought leadership to drive Organisational Effectiveness.


Required Competencies

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in developing learning content
  • Commercial understanding with passion for talent development
  • Strong consultation skills
  • Able lead and drive results through others


Education & Experience

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience lead learning & development in a multinational
  • A Scrum master with experience in building and working with Agile teams
