Description:
- Responsible for market’s supply chain management activities to support market’s sales forecast
- Responsible for 3PL management, day to day activities, bridging between marketing/commercial for D&L execution
- Effectively work in collaboration with DF coordinator to monitor the supply plan against the forecast submitted for the market, highlight and try to mitigate any potential risks due to supply plan
- Proactively monitor and ensure optimum inventory levels to support market’s sales plan
- Proactively identify and take action for any potential IQV risk, ensuring necessary accruals in place for the potential financial impact
- To be the Supply Chain go-to person for local GHH stakeholders, closely collaborate with marketing/commercial/demand planning functions
Qualifications:
- University degree from accredited university, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration;
- At least 5 years of experience from supply chain/logistics area preferably within the pharmaceutical business
- Solid stakeholder management experience; proven ability to build, develop and maintain productive relationships with different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, willing and able to invest in understanding and improving processes and systems.
- Exemplary people/ team collaboration experience
- Comprehensive computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English language, both verbally and in writing.
