Are you an experienced sales professional with passion for hardware products and hardware environment? Memp Hardware in Borokhoaneng, Maseru is seeking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Sales Associate you will be responsible for the following:
• Drive sales of hardware products and provide expert advice to customers.
• Oversee merchandising to ensure attractive and effective product displays.
• Assist in the general management of the hardware store, including stock control and general hardware department operations.
• Prepare and interpret basic sales reports to support business decisions.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales within the hardware sector.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and hardware store operations.
• Basic computer literacy (including Microsoft Office, Excel or similar tools).
• Able to utilise computers for inventory sales processing and inventory management.
• Ability to understand and work with sales reports and other related rep.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
