- You take ownership of filling a wide range of different positions – from Customer Care team members to experienced professionals and leaders.
- You play an essential role in Vistaprint’s internal talent management by identifying talented colleagues for advanced positions.

You drive the complete process from identifying the hiring needs in collaboration with the business, approaching candidates in the right channels all the way to having the selected talents sign their contracts. - You enjoy giving candidates a great candidate experience and guiding them through interviews and other assessments. In this matter, you advise our managers as a competent sparring partner.
- As a creative mind, you continuously develop the existing recruiting channels and selection processes. Doing this, you challenge the status quo and think out-of-the-box.
- You own our social media presence as an employer and create content together with colleagues
What you bring to the table:
- You are an experienced recruiter and well-versed in a broad range of recruiting channels
- You thrive in an international and dynamic environment, easily built connections to different personalities and simply love to communicate
- You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy working autonomously – and at the same time understand that HR succeeds as a team
- You have a relevant degree in psychology, educational science, economics or a similarly relevant background
- You possess solid German skills
