Description: Oversee activities implemented by FHI 360 Capacity Development and Support program (CDS) in Lesotho which include primarily the Faith based and Community Initiative (FCI) and organisational/institutional development of the Civil Society Organisation (CSO). Directly supervise Managers leading different streams such as a) FCI technical component, b) finance and operations, c) monitoring and evaluation, d) human resources (HR) and office administration and e) organisational development.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Public Health, Social and Health Sciences, Development Studies or Business Administration or its International Equivalent. 10 – 15 years’ progressive experience in senior management position in development programs; preferably in USAID/PEPFAR funded programs; Sound practical knowledge in the development, management, planning and reporting of HIV Prevention, treatment, care and support including the HIV cascade (95-95-95); Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs; Excellent leadership and managerial skills to coordinate the program team and ensure timely and quality delivery of the CDS/LPPTA program in Lesotho; Capacity to and willingness to work with the communities of faith, traditional and civic structures.
