Vacancies at Likotsi, Mabote & Qoaling Filter Clinics
The following positions are available at the Filter Clinics:
Position: Senior Pharmacist (x3)
Main Duties:
The duties of the post include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate pharmacy operations across Filter Clinics in alignment with QMMH standards and national guidelines.
- Act as the main liaison between Filter Clinics and the QMMH main pharmacy to ensure continuity of care and efficient medication supply.
- Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff at the clinics, fostering clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with clinic and hospital-based healthcare providers to optimize patient medication management.
- Monitor pharmaceutical logistics, inventory control, and procurement processes to reduce stock-outs and wastage.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Registration with the Lesotho Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Council.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in both clinical and primary care settings.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and facility levels.
