Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. $16 – $22 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
  • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
  • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
  • Live or Virtual Event planning and execution including budgets
  • Reporting, research, and purchasing for executive and company
  • Executive team support related to customer service, contracts, etc.
  • Client and vendor relationship management on behalf of the executive


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Mon-Fri availability during business hours for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Remote work or telecommuting experience is preferred.
  • Private and professional home office setup to include a PC/Mac computer or laptop with at least 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, webcam, and latest software.
  • Secure virtual phone or smartphone with social networking capabilities.
  • Secure, stable, high-speed internet connectivity. Must handle virtual conferencing.
