Phelisanang Bophelong HIV/AIDS Network (PB) anticipates receiving a grant to deliver integrated community-based HIV, TB and sexual and reproductive health services for adolescents and young people, men and other populations at high risk of HIV.
The position is subject to confirmation of the grant award. Successful candidates should be prepared to be deployed at any implementation site in Lesotho, as determined by the Employer.

Purpose
Lead monitoring, evaluation, strategic information management, data governance, reporting, and learning activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop M&E frameworks and performance plans.
- Provide technical oversight to M&E teams.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, analysis and reporting.
- Conduct data quality assessments.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Lead performance review meetings.
- Manage data security and audit trails.
- Build the capacity of programme teams.
- Coordinate strategic information activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Public Health
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Statistics

Added Advantage
- Relevant Postgraduate Diploma
Experience
- 7 to 10 years M&E experience.
- Donor-funded health programme experience.
- At least 6 years supporting HIV/TB programmes.
- Supervisory experience.
