The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in the Department of Economics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The applicant should have the following credentials:
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Economics with a course-work
A minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent at undergraduate level.
Strong background in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and Quantitative Methods/Techniques
A PhD, publications in recognized or accredited journals, and experience in tertiary level teaching of the above-mentioned courses will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
The incumbent will be expected to lecture courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, supervise and monitor student’s projects/dissertations.

qualifications and experience.
DURATION OF A CONTRACT:
The appointment for position shall be on contract for a period of two years. OTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM CANDIDATES
