Senior Lecturer – Business Information and Resource Manager (BIRM)
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director Academics Services, the Senior Lecturer will:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes.
- Manage consultancies and research projects.
- Oversee course administration, moderation, and assessment.
- Market IDM products and services, ensuring excellent customer relations.
- Ensure compliance with IDM policies and systems.
- Lead curriculum development and review.
- Prepare learners for projects and practicums.
- Manage taught programmes and day-to-day operations.
- Develop credit- and non-credit-bearing courses.
- Conduct management consultancies, including needs analysis and on-site investigations.
Qualifications and Experience
This position calls for an individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- Master’s Degree in Business Management with majors in Finance or Accounting, or Master’s Degree in Financial/Accounting Management.
- Training in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Purchasing and Stores Management, or Logistics Management is an added advantage.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a teaching environment or managerial position.
