JOB PURPOSE:
To develop enduring and rewarding relationships with LPB Stakeholders, Partners and other Customers by effectively selling and cross selling Lesotho PostBank (LPB) solutions to meet the needs/aspirations of the customers through digital channels offerings. Directs supervision of the digital channels sales team by ensuring that the strategy deliverables are met. Provides exceptional customer experience that will lead to achievement of the Bank’s targets and business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Finance: Contributes positively towards activities that will enable LPB profitability and Financial sustainability
-Customer: Ensures that complaints and queries are handled within approved timelines
-Process: Instils compliance behaviour among the team

People: Manages team performance by adopting LPB performance management tool.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
✓ Degree in Business Management or Marketing with three (3) years’ selling digital banking products or in a corporate environment OR
✓ Diploma in Business Management or Marketing with five (5) years’ selling digital banking products or in a corporate environment.
