What will you do?
In this position you will join our Quality, Environment & Sustainability Team. The successful candidate must have an administrative background and advanced capabilities with software packages including SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite/ InDesign and apps like Microsoft Planner and Teams. You must be proactive, able to work with limited supervision and meet strict deadlines, but also communicate well both within our team and beyond.
Here are the key things you will do:
- Creating audit checklists/ audit tools in SharePoint. This requires the proven ability to set up and customise SharePoint Lists
- Publish management system content on the intranet. This requires the ability to set up and link pages in SharePoint
- Build analytical tools in Excel and Power BI to compile data and/or extract data from databases for analysis (e.g. pivot tables, slicers, macros, linking spread sheets to data sources, creating lookups). Basic VB coding skills an advantage
- Improve forms in Word, Excel, Pdf. Ability to create and amend templates, interactive Pdfs
- Create graphically appealing collateral, e.g. reports, posters, info sheets, presentations. This requires the proven ability to create infographics of a high quality, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint or similar digital tools/apps
- Support the Head of QES and QES Team with a variety of administrative tasks such as travel bookings, obtaining information from other departments, tracking of team tasks against business plans
We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.
What can you bring to the team?
You will share our genuine passion for fostering a culture of quality in our company. You will preferably have a B-degree or tertiary qualification of at least NQF 5 and be very digitally savvy, with proven solid experience in SharePoint, MS Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
