This role focus is to provide senior level delivery to SHL’s key accounts.
Delivery
The role of a Senior Consultant at SHL is hugely varied. Amongst other responsibilities, you will deliver senior level development and assessment centers and be responsible for conducting role profiling, feedback sessions and creating assessment dashboards. As our newly appointed Consultant you will be responsible for presenting at training courses as well as designing and developing business level interventions to ensure value is demonstrated to our clients.
Solutions Consulting
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert and internal resource to the sales teams, advising on new products or propositions. You will act as an advisor and consultant with our clients on service delivery and providing guidance about best practices.
Project Lead
As a Senior Consultant at SHL you will support the end to end delivery of a project by providing technical excellence and input into all project deliverables. You will work closely with the internal cross functional teams to ensure the success of the project to delight our clients. You will be an industry thought leader, keeping abreast of market trends and evolving client needs and using this to deliver client solutions. You will share knowledge at a local and global level and present at conferences and events.
About You
The successful applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree and be a qualified Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist. You will have significant experience within talent management, including experience as a client facing consultant and having presented training courses is required. You will possess talent management knowledge and experience working with HR strategy and processes, organisational behaviour and organisational development. It is essential to be a registered Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA
