The Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
• Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Training Programmes
• Management, Consultancy and Research
• Course Administration
• Marketing and Customer Relations
• Compliance with IDM Policies and Systems
• Reporting
• Any Other Business
Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters in Human – Resources/Industrial Psychology and any relevant qualification
- At least three (3) years
working experience in a related field preferably in an academic setting. - Experience in education/teaching shall be an added advantage.
