Key Qualities & Requirements:
- Knowledge of security procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to train and supervise security officers
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in physical training and tactical exercises
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Valid Driver’s License (added advantage)
