Responsibilities
- Conduct training for new recruits and existing security personnel
- Develop and deliver training programmes (theoretical and practical)
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance
- Ensure training aligns with company standards and operational requirements
- Assist in improving guard performance and operational readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Trainer / Instructor or similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train both experienced and entry-level personnel
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or relevant qualification in Security or related field
General Requirements
- Clean criminal record
- Professional, disciplined and reliable
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Willing to undergo further training
- South African candidates may apply, provided they hold PSIRA Grade A or B
