Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites
- Manage and supervise personnel
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments and investigations
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Liaise with clients and provide operational reports
- Manage staff performance, discipline, and deployment
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience at Operations or Supervisor level
- Diploma in Security or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Extensive knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to enforce rules without fear or favour
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
General Requirements
- Clean criminal record
- Professional, disciplined and reliable
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Willing to undergo further training
- South African candidates may apply, provided they hold PSIRA Grade A or B
