Role Overview
The Securities Dealer – Client Services plays a key role in enhancing financial literacy campaigns, educating the public on available investment instruments, and assisting clients with registration and bid forms. The role also ensures the smooth operation of systems used in daily open market operations and handles client queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate the public on available Treasury Securities and investment instruments
- Contribute to the annual plan aligned with the Division’s and Department’s objectives
- Assist clients in completing registration and bid forms
- Input new client registrations and initiate account changes in the system
- Create securities and input bids for individuals in the system
- Prepare and submit lists of successful auction participants to their respective banks
- Open and close the auction system daily to initiate and conclude business operations
- Address client queries via email, phone, or electronic platforms
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients in Open Market Operations
- Maintain and distribute information booklets
- Participate in periodic reviews of client-facing materials
- Perform other assignments as required by the Division

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Administration
- Marketing
- Education
- Or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working directly with clients
