Section Head – Business Continuity Management (Ref: SH-BCM)
Purpose of the Role
To assist the Division in implementing the Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks through facilitating the execution of all relevant processes and infrastructure as a key enabler to ensuring the Bank’s resilience in times of disaster.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Developing and implementing maintenance management strategies to ensure that all maintainable assets are operational.
- Coordinating the development and exercising of strategic, tactical, and operational business continuity plans.
- Assisting in coordination of crisis response teams.
- Assisting with Business Continuity Management Divisional planning.
- Assisting with development and review of BCM governance instruments including policies, procedures, continuous risk assessments (RA), and business impact analysis (BIA) aligned with best practices and standards.
- Helping with BCM frameworks implementation in line with the Bank’s guidelines.
- Raising awareness and providing guidance to the entire Bank on BCM-related matters.
- Assisting with administrative functions for the Division.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any of the following: Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Banking, Commerce, Auditing, or ICT.
- The following professional certifications will be an added advantage:
- ISO 22301 Certification
- BCI Certifications
- IRMSA (CRM)
- IRM UK International (Certificate in Risk Management)
Work Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience in any of the following areas: Audit, Risk Management, or Combined Assurance.
