About the Role

Job Purpose
To lead a committed team of educators and staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence. The Principal will be responsible for strategic direction, instructional leadership, and overall school management. This role reports directly to the School Board Chairperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and daily school management
- Lead curriculum development and teacher supervision
- Promote high academic standards and discipline
- Manage budgets, staffing, and performance
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the community
- Ensure compliance with education policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
- 10+ years of teaching experience
- 4+ years in a school leadership role
- TSD Registration
