Position: School Principal

Role Overview
The Principal will provide strategic leadership, ensure high academic standards, promote a positive school culture, and manage the effective day-to-day running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster productive relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff teams.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation.
- Provide strong instructional and administrative leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
- Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years’ experience as a teacher.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in school leadership or senior management.
