School Chaplain
Overview
Theater of Dreams Christian Academy is seeking a committed and spiritually grounded individual to serve as a School Chaplain, providing pastoral care and spiritual leadership within the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily school assemblies with a strong spiritual focus
- Organize and oversee Sabbath church services for students
- Offer prayer and spiritual guidance during school events and activities
- Provide pastoral care and counseling to students where needed
- Represent the school during bereavement visits and consolations alongside staff
- Promote and nurture Christian values and character development among students
Requirements
- Must be an active member of the Seventh‑day Adventist Church
- Must hold or be working toward a recognised Adventist Youth Ministries (AYM) qualification such as:
- Pathfinder
- Master Guide
- Senior Youth Leader
- Or any other relevant AYM certification
- Strong commitment to the spiritual development of young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
- Mature, responsible, and compassionate character

- Ability to lead or conduct music (choir, worship, or instruments)
