Description
Coordinate, organize and manage all aspect of Massage Therapistsscheduling in a timely manner. The scheduler is responsible for obtaining accurate information from other department to ensure client and therapist satisfaction. Utilizes the computer system to perform job duties accurately. Demonstrates team work by cross training with other departments and taking on scheduling needs to provide resources as needed. Provide administrative, clerical, receptionist and additional duties needed to support the efficient and effective operations of each business department. Act as a liaison between Massage Therapists andinternal departments by delivering a seamless process that will assure satisfaction. Will work directly with Massage therapists to develop and review work. Ability to lead company culture. Must beavailable to work a casual/variable schedule.Ability to problem solve and think outside the box. Work in fastpaced environment and needs to be able to adapt to change.
Experience/Specialized Skills: Experiencein a busy schedulingenvironment. Proficient to intermediate level in computer software, database entry, MS office , e-mail, scheduling software. Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills. The ability to work with people at all levels and ability to prioritize numerous tasks. Exceptional customer service orientation. Must have above average attention to detail.
