Looking for a heart-centered sales professional with proven sales experience to join our team of a small & quickly growing company that helps holistic practitioners grow their practices: http://www.fillmyholisticpractice.com. We mentor holistic practitioners and give them business makeovers, so they can focus on helping people instead of worrying about how to market their practices. Work from home with flexible hours (10-20 hrs/wk).

Our mission is that holistic and integrative medicine options become mainstream in our country, instead of mainly relying on drugs or surgery. We do this by helping holistic health practitioners reach more people and grow their businesses more effectively. Many holistic practitioners went into the profession to help people but not to run a business & they struggle with that. They learn a step-by-step process of getting patients more consistently through our trainings & mentorship programs.

The format of what we offer includes teleseminars, live speaking, and high-end private and group coaching/mentorship. You will work with someone who is very dynamic, results-oriented, & always open to new ideas. Work in a supportive environment from home.

Who you are:
Someone who loves connecting with people, has a track record of success bookng speaking opportunities, making sales (in what you believe in) without being pushy, and enjoys the “rush” of closing a sale is required. You will be booking speaking opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. Speaking opportunities you’ll get the founder booked at are webinars, interviews, and podcasts with organizations and influencers. Strategic partnerships and obtaining corporate sponsorships would be developed with influencers who would benefit from mutual collaboration.

If you wish to work additional hours, it’s possible to be involved with enrolling practitioners into business consulting services (ie, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, functional medicine practitioners, massage therapists, health coaches). The sales will happen through calls that are already set up, where the potential client has identified a need. Looking for a salesperson who is heart-centered, has a strong mindset, and loves selling something they believe in.

Requirements:

  • 2 yrs minimum sales experience with proven results required.
  • Experience making sales over the phone preferred.
  • Holistic health related experience highly preferred (ie, health coach with success getting your own coaching clients in the past).
  • Inspirational, go-getter, problem solver, flexible, creative.
  • Strong verbal & written communication.
  • Experience with obtaining corporate sponsorships or booking speaking engagements is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be used to rejection and love being there for the potential client’s highest good (even if it means a lower amount of a sale or not a sale). But if it’s really the right fit, asking the right questions when concerns are brought up, and seeing initial rejection often become a “yes”.
