Reports to: National Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Maseru Central, North, and South
We are looking for driven individuals with hunger to sell insurance products and lead a team of sales agents, for position of Team Leaders, in the North, South and Central regions of Maseru. Team Leader is also expected to recruit own team of sales agents.

โข Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
โขGenerate new business.
โขLead a team of Field Sales Agents
โขProvide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
โขContacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
โขMeets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
โขExplains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
โขSuggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
โขBuilds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clientsโ needs.
โขPresentation skills and ability to bring in group schemes.
โขSales reporting
โขContributing to meeting sales targets.

โขValid driverโs license is a MUST
