Position: Sales Support Officers
Location: Mafeteng / Mohale’s Hoek and Leribe / Butha-Buthe
Remuneration: 100% Commission Based
MAIN PURPOSE
To be responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-ranking sales and product financial institution
• Experience in processing and capturing loans and/or other financial products
Knowledge
• Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
• Strong understanding of customer insights and analytics
• Understanding of product and customer lifecycle
• Organizational and planning skills
• Customer service skills
• Analytical skills, good judgment, and decision-making ability to interpret business sales performance and market information
• Ability to identify risks and work on mitigating the risks

CRITICAL DELIVERABLES / CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertake administration and other office duties
• Support the business model by capturing CPA applications and performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is informed
• Provide data and guides to support the sales team
• Provide support for sales-related campaigns
