Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and results-driven sales service providers to help us expand our customer base and increase sales in Maseru villages and the CBD. As a sales service provider, you will be responsible for:
Selling Maqebekoane Bakery products to customers in designated areas
Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential customers
Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Reporting sales performance and providing feedback to the management team
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Previous sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Familiarity with the Maseru area and its villages
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
