Position: Sales Representatives × 50
Smartel Money is looking for (5) Sales Representatives per district, who are proactive and results-oriented to join our dynamic sales team.
Employment Type: Temporary (6 months), with potential for extension based on good performance.
Responsibilities :
• Recruitment of agents
• Recruitment of customers
• Branding of agents
• Float monitoring: ensures that agents get float
Qualifications & experience :
• Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent
• Experience working in the mobile money industry or a financial services environment.
