Sales Representatives (2 Posts)
Mohale FM, Lesotho’s premium news and current affairs broadcasting outlet, is seeking the services of self-driven and highly motivated advertising sales representatives to join the station’s sales and marketing team.
The ideal candidates must be energetic, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision to promote revenue growth, enhance the station’s brand, and strengthen community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Mohale FM advertising packages, programmes, and services
- Source new clients and support advertising sales initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and on-air promotions
- Represent the station at community events and activations
- Support social media and grassroots marketing activities
- Gather market feedback and audience insights
- Assist with basic sales tracking and marketing reports
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least two years’ experience in radio advertising sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, presentable, and target-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours and in the field
- Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Interest in media and community development
