Position Overview
- Location: Field-based operations across Lesotho
- Position Type: Commission-based
- Earning Potential: Unlimited (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Promote all company services and products
- Generate leads and secure new business
- Follow up on quotations and client inquiries
- Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales/marketing experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or stone products is an added advantage
- Social media and smartphone literacy required
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
