Job Title: Sales Representative

Contract Duration: 1 year – renewable based on performance
Reports to: Store Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales, deliver exceptional in-store experience, and build long-term client relationships. You’ll be the face of the Swift Supply store, helping customers find the right products and services while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively upsell and cross-sell
- Maintain product knowledge across brands, new launches, and promotions
- Build customer loyalty through consultations and follow-ups
- Merchandize and restock displays to brand standards; maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; handle POS and basic cash procedures
- Participate in team meetings, training, and promotional events
Qualifications
- 1+ year retail or beauty sales experience preferred (cosmetics/skincare a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent customer service orientation
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals
- Comfortable with product demos and basic beauty techniques (application, color-matching)
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
