Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Maseru, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and promoting HOL’s portfolio of alcoholic beverages. Other responsibilities include meeting sales targets, representing the company at events or client meetings, and providing excellent customer service to both B2B and B2C clients.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage client accounts and attract potential customers
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry or similar sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and customer service abilities
- Capable of working independently and in a hybrid (onsite and remote) environment
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools and general computer literacy
- Previous experience in sales or related fields is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of local languages is a plus
