We’re hiring in Maseru, Lesotho!
Business Software Craftsmen (BSC) is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Sales Operations team.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding business needs and turning enquiries into sales opportunities. You’ll work with BSC’s range of technology solutions, including SaaS products, custom software development, websites and business messaging solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, website and social media
- Qualifying leads and identifying suitable BSC solutions
- Preparing quotations and following up with prospects
- Presenting products and coordinating demonstrations
- Maintaining leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM
- Working towards agreed sales targets
We’re looking for someone with a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT or a related field, with 0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service or business development. Experience selling technology, software or SaaS solutions will be an advantage.
