Opportunity

LiSTR is looking for a passionate Sales Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. This position will work within our Short-term Rental Management Partnership Program. They will enable our program participants to sell more efficiently and effectively by creating actionable processes for them and being a collaborative partner. The Sales Project Manager will be instrumental in coordinating and shaping our participants’ business growth processes. This position will work closely with our Head of Sales and Chief of Staff to build out a more robust sales/growth training program and will be responsible for coordinating third party experts for support as well.

The Sales Project Manager will also work directly with our program participants to guide them on their growth plans and provide support where needed. This may include 1-on-1 and group seminars.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Brainstorming and creating strategies with Senior Management for the sales efforts of our program participants
  • Coordinating and managing 3rd party experts
  • Observing and providing feedback and positive reinforcement to program participants
  • Meeting with program participants to guide them through their sales and growth processes
  • Coordinating and presenting group trainings and seminars
  • Leading efforts on tracking and reporting activities and results of participants’ sales pipelines
  • Visualizing/documenting and tracking processes and learnings to create efficiencies

Position requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Operations
  • Has exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to speak in front of small to large groups
  • Comfortable wearing a lot of hats and working in a fluid environment as we continue to grow
  • Must be a self-starter who is comfortable with some ambiguity
  • Exhibit superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excited to learn about AirBNB/short-term/vacation rental management and common challenges in the industry

Full-time, Remote Opportunity
