Position: Sales & Marketing Officer

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and financial services products
- Ability to generate and convert leads into qualified investors and borrowers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with IT management systems or willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of financial record‑keeping and reporting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
