Sales & Marketing Executive
Mohale FM is a News and Current Affairs radio station committed to community‑driven programming for community development. We deliver impactful content while building strong partnerships with advertisers, stakeholders, and communities.
We are seeking a motivated, results‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow the station’s revenue, brand visibility, and audience reach.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive advertising sales and achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Source new clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote the station’s brand, programs, and services
• Coordinate on‑air promotions, activations, and outreach campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing initiatives
• Prepare sales reports and marketing performance updates
• Work closely with programming and management teams
• Represent the station at events and stakeholder engagements
Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing (media or radio experience is an added advantage)
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Self‑motivated, creative, and well‑organized
