Exchange. We are currentlylooking for dynamic and self-motivatedindivliduals in the position of sales Managors
based in Mohale’s Hoek, Quthing, Maputsoe and Hlotse. The incumbents will report directly to the Reglonal
Manager South and Regional Manager North.
Purpose Of The Role
To manage the performance of the team and the relationships with key stakeholders within the designated districts and their outskirts.
2. Key Areas Of Responsibility
Manage a team
– Set sales standards for a team
– Check new business applications from the team
– Maintain productivity levels with acceptable quality of business and manage riskof such business
– Deliver training to the team to ensure their understanding of Metropolitan Lesotho products and services
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
3. Minimum Qualifications And Experience
– Degree in Sales /Marketing or Business Management plus 5 year’s experience in the field of Sales and
Marketing OR
– Degree in Financial Management plus 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing Administration
– Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage
