Positions: Sales Manager × 3

Reporting to: Head of Sales & Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at LNIG Hollard Life, you will:

– Build and strengthen position by developing and closing business relationships with Government, Corporate, SMEs and strategic distribution channels.

– Execute sales ans distribution strategies that align with our company objectives, working closely with the Head of Sales & Distribution

– Create tactical plans for the sales team for achieving sales objectives

– Provide valuable market intelligence through research, identifying extended opportunities.

– Play a key role in closing new business deals.

– Collaborate witj the Life Management to build a pipeline of opportunities and harness synergies for growth.

– Buid a highly effective sales force and oversee training and management programs for a sales team under your supervision.

– Monitor sales activity, evaluate progress, offer sound sales advice and produce monthly sales reports including ad hoc reports and needed

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics or related field or

– Diploma in the same fields

Required Experience:

– Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a Sales Management industry.
