SALES MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – HEALTH
An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Health Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of Momentum Metropolitan Group, a company registered on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual in the position of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager – Health based in Maseru, Lesotho. The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To open markets and opportunities for sales team, generate leads, manage the sales and service team, responsible for retention of existing clients.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop and Manage Pipeline and its Conversion
- Manage the Sales and Membership team
- Develop and Manage Stakeholder relationships
- Manage internal controls within the department
- Partner and Implement the sales and business strategy for growth
- Drive the member experience efforts of MHL
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance,
- Post Graduate program in Insurance, Finance or Management will be an advantage,
- 5 years experience in B2B Sales, or 7 years general sales experience
- Sales Strategy Formulation, Relationship Management and Customer Service experience are critical
