ROLE PURPOSE
To manage performance of the team and the relationships with key stakeholders within the Botha Bothe district and its outskirts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Sales / Marketing or Business Management plus 5 years’ experience in the field of Sales and Marketing
OR - Degree in Financial Management plus 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing Administration
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage the team
- To set sales standards for the team
- To check new business applications from the team
- To maintain productivity levels with acceptable quality of business and manage risk of such business
- To deliver training to the team to ensure their understanding of Metropolitan products and services
- To build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
