An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of Momentum Metropolitan Group, a company registered on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual in the position of Sales Manager based in Maseru, Lesotho. The incumbents will report directly to the Regional Manager in the Sales & Distribution.
Role Purpose
To manage performance of the team and the relationships with Key Stakeholders within Maseru and its outskirts.
Requirements
Degree in Sales /Marketing or Business Management plus 5 year’s experience in the field of Sales and Marketing
OR
Degree in Financial Management plus 5 year’s experience in Sales or Marketing Administration
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
To manage the team.
To set Sales Standards for the team.
To check new business applications from the team.
To maintain productivity levels with acceptable quality of business and manage risk of such business.
To deliver training to the team to ensure their understanding of Metropolitan products and services.
To build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
