Walk The Room (WtR) is a value-driven 3D studio for property communication. Founded in 2010, we are an enthusiastic group of 43 professionals with offices in Stockholm, London, and Prague.

By combining art with technology, architecture, and business acumen, we bring properties to life – through high-quality 3D renders, animations, and Virtual Reality.

In the beginning of 2021, we kicked off our efforts in the US Market. We had an entertaining and motivational first year, working with high profile clients such as Silverstein Properties in New York, Spaces Chicago and Seattle on behalf of IWG and Regus. We are now looking to strengthen the US operations with a Sales Manager for our office in Prague or remote. Reporting to the Commercial Director, North America.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive new business: Existing business will only get us so far towards our targets. Your ability to find new and creative ways to open doors, either based on your existing network or a new audience, is paramount to the success of this role. You will be the tip of the spear and work very closely with our North American Commercial Director to learn and grow in the role.
  • Global collaboration: Because we work with some of the biggest developers in the world, having offices in multiple countries, our ability to refer and “assist” our colleagues will be at the centre of your daily activities.
  • Learn & develop: We expect everyone in our company to continuously grow. With growth comes more responsibility and rewards. Growth is everything in our team.

What we require

  • Experience in business development. You love sales and are a strong believer in the consultative sales approach – doing your best to understand client’s needs and deliver a top-class solution.
  • Enterprise sales experience is a huge advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and incredibly strong on the telephone.
  • Tenacity and a strong drive to succeed is a must.
  • Ability to open doors predominantly through a strong rapport built via the telephone.
  • Excellent English (ESOL C1/C2)
  • Honest and creative individual who just knows how to get it done

In conclusion

You will be the first point of contact for Walk the Room in the US market. A strong existing network will benefit you greatly in the beginning – and lessen the time needed to get up to speed. If you don’t have that network, then sheer work ethic will suffice. We have big plans for the growth of Walk the Room over the next three years. The right person for the role will come in on fire, full of positivity, confidence, and energy – and ready to shoot the moon.
