Sales Executive (2 Positions)
Location: Maseru, Lesotho
Department: Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Vitality Health medical aid products to individuals, corporate clients, and groups.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, product presentations, and client visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper completion and submission of membership applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance, medical aid, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Lesotho and outside the country.
