Vacancy Notice:

Position: Sales Engineer (ICTSolutions) for a company based in Masero, Lesotho.

Qualifications

i. A degree in Information Technology or any related degree or diploma.

ii. Sales and marketing qualification an added advantage.

iii. Certifications in IT will be an added advantage,

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably from the, ICT or related Industries.

Responsibilities

  1. Sells all Axis Solutions products to identified sector(s).
  2. Meets or exceeds set sales and marketing objectives.
  3. Meets set revenue target through selling to new customers, cross-selling into existing accounts and maintaining existing business (renewals).
  4. Meets customers and assessing their IT business solution requirements.
  5. Works with Account Managers in designing, positioning, proposing, presenting, and implementing IT business solutions to customers.
  6. Ensures that we have infrastructure environmental designs for all customers.
  7. Builds customer relationships and customer loyalty by understanding and satisfying their needs.
  8. Increases or maintains positive levels of customer experience by providing impeccable customer support as well as providing important information on the product or services.
  9. Updates and maintenance of customer information on all accounts in the customer support portal.
