Position: Sales Engineer (ICTSolutions) for a company based in Masero, Lesotho.
Qualifications
i. A degree in Information Technology or any related degree or diploma.
ii. Sales and marketing qualification an added advantage.
iii. Certifications in IT will be an added advantage,
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably from the, ICT or related Industries.
Responsibilities
- Sells all Axis Solutions products to identified sector(s).
- Meets or exceeds set sales and marketing objectives.
- Meets set revenue target through selling to new customers, cross-selling into existing accounts and maintaining existing business (renewals).
- Meets customers and assessing their IT business solution requirements.
- Works with Account Managers in designing, positioning, proposing, presenting, and implementing IT business solutions to customers.
- Ensures that we have infrastructure environmental designs for all customers.
- Builds customer relationships and customer loyalty by understanding and satisfying their needs.
- Increases or maintains positive levels of customer experience by providing impeccable customer support as well as providing important information on the product or services.
- Updates and maintenance of customer information on all accounts in the customer support portal.
